Things on my to-do list
Isn’t it exhausting to overreact to absolutely everything in such a dramatic way?Don’t you get tired of it?
ugh I hate it when attractive people are also genuinely nice.
Save some perfection for the rest of us plz
Whoop whoop, our second challenge is here! For those that enjoyed #teamnocheats, here is #happyhealthyholidays! A challenge that takes place November First through January First of 2015 - this is your way to stay on track with your healthy lifestyle through one of the most difficult times of the year. The holiday months are known to take a toll on people, both mentally and physically. The average person gains between 8 and 15 pounds during this time! This is your way to combat that!
The hashtag challenge and the yoga challenge are optional! They are both a way to keep you on track with the challenge but are not necessary. You can participate on both tumblr and instagram! Pictures, word posts, videos, whatever you want! Just hashtag it as #happyhealthyholidays :)
The creators and hosts of this challenge are myself, fitchris25 and fitandfruity. You can also find us on Instagram under natashaxjade, fitchris25, and fitandfruityy. Be sure to tag us in your posts on both tumblr and instagram so we can see your stuff! :)
There will also be mini-challenges (once a week) for you guys to participate in! Winners of the mini-challenges will be feature on our blogs and Instagrams :)
Remember that this is not a strict challenge, if you miss a day or fall of the wagon, it’s no problem! We want you to be happy and healthy during these holiday months (and for life), so do what works for you. Make this your challenge. There is no one right way to do this challenge. Everyone’s will be different and that is 100% ok :)
Just reblog this post, and feel free to repost it on Instagram/Facebook/etc and spread the word!
Officially switching back to weight loss mode till christmas.
I like where I’m at now, but I’d really prefer to be at/around 135 by the holidays, so just a nine pound drop.
My sister is on her college’s dance team, and they have nationals in Orlando in January. If I’m going to be in a swimsuit by a pool with a bunch of dancers, I want to have minimal pudge.
I’m still going to be lifting and working out the same, just really watching that my eating is truly 80/20. I’ll probably start tracking my diet, exercise, sleep and water for a while again as well.
This makes me so calm just looking at it.
Clearly I’m a swimmer hahah
Should I work on my personal statement, or should I take a bubble bath and read a book?
iii - Dolce & Gabbana dress.
vii - Vivienne Westwood dressing Hendricks at a photo shoot for Westwood’s jewellery range. (My last photo set of Christina Hendricks has many of the photos from this shoot).
I want to be so glamorous one day that someone else has to put on my earrings for me.
Also, she’s gorgeous

sometimes!! I have an app that tracks all of that…
It helps for me because it’s more of just a check once in a while than a full commitment. I hope it helps!

omfg some people don’t have time for all that…
1) I’m a full time college student with two jobs, a research position, and three volunteer positions. I don’t have time to plan or make a list or even to cook, and I make it work. Just look at the prices when you’re in the store, it doesn’t take any extra time. Also, you don’t even need to plan ahead for coupons anymore, because most stores now have them in the entryway so you can grab them and flip through while you’re shopping.
2) People can eat whatever they want. Someone isn’t a lesser human because they eat ramen, and I was in no way attempting to make that claim, so I’m a little hurt that you reacted in such a way.
3) Calories are not the only thing that matters. In fact, a diet that is high in calories but low in proteins, vitamins, and other nutrients is actually harmful to childrens health and growth patterns.
4) This is actually how I eat and how I shop for food, and I am healthier than I have ever been before, and am fully nourished and meeting every dietary need, including calories. AND I only spend between $35-40 per week on average for all of my food. So yes, it really is possible and realistic.

I’ve been to quite a few stores now that are…
I didn’t know that target is doing that now! Goodbye money.
Could someone recommend a few foundations to donate to instead of Susan G Komen instead of just complaining about it?
I would legitimately like to know so I can help out.
Stop talking to him and not care.
If a guy can’t see how fabulous and awesome I am, he clearly has bad taste and is below my level of perfection.
There is a person out there for you, it’s just that you have to come into each other’s lives at just the right moment so that it will be perfect. It won’t be today, and probably not tomorrow, but it WILL happen
